How far in advance should I book my transfer?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to properly process your request. However, we areare generally able to accommodate last minute requests up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

Which services are free?

We do not charge for baggage assistance,child car seats are included in the amount you paid.

Who will be there to meet me at the airport or train station?

Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport or train station with a tablet with your name in the arrivals hall if it is an airport, or at the head of the platform in a train station.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We always confirm flight/train arrival times through real-time tracking. The driver will wait for all delayed flights and train journeys and your transfer will be provided.

What happens if I miss my flight or if my flight is cancelled?

You must inform us of the next departing flight and its arrival time using the telephone number provided on the confirmation form. Or use our contact form to communicate details of your next flight/train or cancel your booking.

May I cancel my reservation ?

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival time without charge. If it is made less than 24 hours before the start of the service, no refund can be made.
