Information on our travel conditions as well as our booking conditions 

Animals

We accept animals on board our vehicle, under conditions that they are in their cage or travel bag. In order to keep our vehicles in a perfect state of cleanliness and hygiene, animals must travel in the trunk of the vehicle and are considered as baggage. The customer is required to specify that he is traveling with animals. All passengers presenting themselves with animals without a cage or suitable travel bag, or who did not indicate traveling with animals when booking, may be refused access to the vehicle by their driver. Cancellation fees are then applicable.

Cancelation

Working only by reservation, we sometimes have to block several hours of our schedule in order to be able to perform a service. We can therefore no longer accept other reservations during this time slot which is blocked. When a reservation is canceled shortly before departure time, the VTC driver finds himself with a hole in his schedule because he has not had time to accept another reservation to replace the canceled one. For these reasons, we are therefore obliged to apply fees in the event of the cancellation of a reservation.

  • Cancellation following a canceled train or flight, no charge.

  • Cancellation at least 12 hours before the appointment time, no charge.

  • Cancellation between 12 and 6 hours before the time of the appointment, 50% of the amount of the reservation is due.

  • Cancellation less than 6 hours before the time of the appointment, 100% of the amount of the reservation is due.

  • Cancellation following a 20-minute wait at the pick-up location, 100% of the reservation amount and 10 euros of waiting costs are due.

Waiting

Working only on reservation, we must respect the schedules of our customers' reservations and cannot wait for passengers indefinitely. We therefore ask our customers to please ensure that they are ready at the time for which they have booked.

  • 10 minutes of free waiting.

  • Between 10 and 15 minutes of waiting, a supplement of 5 euros will be applicable.

  • Between 15 and 20 minutes of waiting, a supplement of 10 euros will be applicable.

  • From 20 minutes of waiting, a supplement of 10 euros will be applicable and the driver can cancel the service. The customer is then liable for the amount of the reservation and the waiting costs.

Luggage

For your comfort, and as a security measure, all luggage must be placed in the trunk of the vehicle. For this reason we ask our customers to respect the maximum number of luggage which is indicated when selecting the vehicle category. In the event of non-compliance with the maximum number of pieces of luggage, the driver   is entitled to refuse any luggage which cannot be placed in the trunk of the vehicle. 

Food and drink

In order to offer each of our passengers an equivalent quality of service, in a vehicle in a perfect state of cleanliness and hygiene, the consumption of drinks or food on board our vehicles is not authorized. Exception made for consumables made available to you by your driver on board the vehicle.

Child car seat

For the comfort but above all for the safety of your children, we do not transport children without car seats adapted to their morphology. For this reason, we can provide you with free car seats or baby seats adapted to the size of your children. To do so, when making your reservation, you must indicate the number of passengers, adults and children. Thus, when you fill in the number of children. If you wish to travel with your own car seats, you can indicate that you do not need child seats. All passengers arriving with children without a car seat, or who have not indicated the need for child seats when booking, may be refused access to the vehicle by their driver. Cancellation fees are then applicable.
